IQAC at Thejus is established with a vision of guiding the institution to become a premium professional institution in the State.The primary goal of IQAC is to formulate, execute and sustain quality initiatives at academic as well as administrative levels through self as well as external evaluations to progress towards the vision of the Institute. The organisational structure of IQAC is as shown below.


Objectives

• To propose/plan and execute quality initiatives for the institution.
• To implement measures to sustain the quality.
• To promote academic standards stipulated by the university
• To nurture the institution for NAAC, NBA accreditations.

Responsibilities

INTERNAL AUDIT CELL:

• To coordinate and conduct internal audit of various departments of the institution.
• To plan and devise criteria for audit.
• To conduct and supervise internal/external academic audit of KTU and maintain/upload records as per KTU rules.
• To liaison with ISO and other sub committees and give feedback on corrective measures for enhancing quality.

ISO:

• To sustain the quality standards and maintain the ISO certification of the institution.
• To revise corrective steps in procedures and documents to enhance the quality of academics and administration in line with the rules of the university as well as requirements for NAAC, NBA etc.
• To liaison with Internal Audit Cell and other sub committees and give feedback on corrective measures for enhancing quality.
